Asanas for Athletes: Monday’s 7.15pm – 8pm
Ideal for students who do running, cycling, or any type of impact or endurance sport. This class will focus on stretching the hamstrings, hips, and quadriceps, with a little bit of core strength thrown in. Increase body awareness to help prevent injury, or aid injury recovery.
