Asanas for Athletes:  Monday’s 7.30pm – 8.15pm

athleteRun, cycle, do impact sports or gym work? Chances are you need to stretch! Stretching is essential for body maintenance and injury prevention.

This specialised class will release tight hips, hamstrings, quadriceps, glutes, and build deep core stability.
