Ashtanga yoga is a dynamic and fluid yoga practice that involves synchronising the breath to a set series of postures.

This process builds a strength, stamina and flexibility. It also creates confidence, and a patient, determined mind.

Spaces are limited to 8. Costs £35.

This workshop is suitable for strong beginners.

Learn the basics of Ashtanga yoga practice including:

  • the powerful Ujjayi breathing technique;
  • the internal muscular locks called Bandhas;
  • the beginning Surya Namaskar A & B sequences and;
  • the first postures of the Primary Series
