An introductory level course for beginners. In this beginner intensive learn the foundation elements of the Ashtanga practice over 2 days – the breathing, the bandhas, the opening sequences of Suryanamaskar A and B, and the first standing postures. Students will be ready to attend regular Ashtanga Mysore classes.
