Monday evening Beginner Ashtanga class

Led Ashtanga for Beginners
Monday 6.30-7.45pm

This beginner-level modified Primary Series class provides a good introduction to the Ashtanga yoga practice.

Students are led through the opening sequences of Surya Namaskar A & B, the standing postures, the first seated postures, beginner back bending, and the first finishing postures.

You will learn how to control the breath, improve strength, stamina and flexibility, and increase concentration and focus.
