Beginning Your Practice
2 classes a week for 4 weeks – £45

Learn the basics and begin to develop a healthy habit of regularly practicing Yoga.

Choose from (any combination):
Tue & Thu – 7.15-8.15pm
Fri & Sun – 9.30-10.30am

Regular Practice Pass
3 classes a week for 5 weeks – £65

Maintain your practice and steadily improve strength, flexibility and focus with regular class time.

Choose from (any combination):
Tue & Thu – 6pm
Fri & Sun – 9am
