Beginner Ashtanga (Led)
Starts 6th January
This beginner level class provides a good introduction to the Ashtanga yoga practice, and prepares students for Mysore style practice.
Students are led through the opening sequences, standing postures and first finishing postures of the Primary Series. In time more is added.
Strength, stamina and flexibility all improve, and you begin to control the breath, and steady the mind.
