New class… Yin Flow – starts 6th May
Yin Flow takes a therapeutic approach to the vinyasa style of practice. Flowing movements will warm the body and coordinate movement with breath. Then we take some time to hold postures for longer to encourage deeper release. Suitable for all; gentle.
