Angie will be leading this gentle, flowing lunchtime class, perfect for reducing stress levels and helping you get more out of your day. Feel rejuvenated without feeling fatigued, calmer and more centred. There are lots of benefits to regular yoga practice including increased flexibility, strong muscles and bones, control of blood pressure and heart rate, increased lung capacity, and learning to breathe correctly. Suitable for all levels of student.
