Introduction to Ashtanga Yoga

Learn the foundation elements of the Ashtanga practice with a small group of fellow beginners. The breathing, the bandhas, the opening sequences of Suryanamaskar A and B, and the first standing asanas will be explored in detail with time for practice, and questions after.
For students who would like to begin a regular yoga practice, and existing beginners who would like to deepen their understanding.
