1:1 yoga sessions; private tuition or yoga therapy

Private classes allow private time to learn for students who prefer a more focused and individual approach. Learn privately, or invite a friend for a small private session.

1:1 Yoga Session – £60 (60 minutes)

If you have a specific symptoms or injury you might prefer 1:1 yoga – specific stretches, postures, breath-work, relaxation, yoga nidra and meditation can be suggested. Yoga has been used therapeutically for hundreds of years to treat the whole body, physical and psychological, and recent studies are beginning to show the effectiveness of Asana (posture) and Pranayama (breathing) practices in treating a wide range of symptoms.

1:1 Yoga Therapy – £45 (45 minutes)

Some conditions that can benefit are:

  • back pain and stiffness
  • sciatica
  • stress, anxiety and depression
  • sleep disturbances
  • pre + post surgery strength and mobility
  • regaining strength after illness
  • injury rehabilitation
  • weight management and body image
