Miyoga is a little yoga studio in Kintore, Aberdeenshire. Just off the Aberdeen to Inverurie main road it’s convenient for the surrounding areas of Inverurie, Kemnay, Kinellar, Blackburn, Bucksburn & Dyce.

The benefits of Yoga practice range from a stronger more flexible body to a calm and stress-free mind. From reducing the effects of anxiety and depression, strengthening the immune system, reducing inflammation, aiding weight loss and building a positive body image, yoga has been proven to help. In a typical class you will practice postures to stretch & strengthen muscles, and improve balance & posture, and will learn simple breathing & relaxation techniques.

Yoga for body, mind and soul!

While a weekly class will help ease the everyday aches and pains caused by poor posture, more regular practice is best. More than once a week the benefits increase. The classes complement each other well and can be combined to create the perfect balance – yin and yang, strength and release, motivation and relaxation, and an overall feeling of health and well-being.

  • For a traditional practice try Ashtanga Mysore where you learn a set sequence of postures step by step, memorising as you go
  • For something more fitness focused try Led Ashtanga 
  • For deep relaxation try Go Easy Flow where gentle movement eases daily aches and pains
