Weekend classes and introductory workshops will resume in August.

Classes from 1st July

Monday – Yin Flow – 6.15-7.30pm
Gentle class for all, suitable for all including seniors

Tuesday – Led Ashtanga – 6.15-7.30pm
Dynamic class that improves strength, stamina, flexibility and tone

Wednesday – Vinyasa Flow – 6.15-7.30pm
Moderate class for all levels to improve core strength, and balance

Thursday – Mysore Practice – 6-7.30pm
Guided self practice class for all.
