Practice Clinic: Unlocking Tight Hips
Saturday 17th September, 9-11am
Stuck at lotus? Tight hips can considerably limit range of movement, and not only in our yoga practice! When hips are “tight” it means the muscles and tissues around the hip joint are not moving freely. In this workshop we begin to develop better awareness of the hips, and learn postures that can release the muscles around the hip joint leading to better movement, and a healthy way to approach those challenging lotus postures.
