Join us at the beautiful and warm church of Saint Radigund, Capel-le-Ferne, Dover, Kent. This gentle form of yoga performed while seated and with the support of a chair, making it accessible for individuals with limited mobility. Improve your flexibility and strength without strain. Free parking is available outside the church. There is a disabled-accessible restroom on-site for your convenience.
