Rest & Restore: A Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra Workshops -(runs on the last Friday of each month) Join us for a nourishing experience designed to bring deep relaxation and inner calm. This 2-hour workshop begins with a gentle journaling exercise, inviting you to explore your thoughts and emotions in a supportive space. We’ll then transition into a series of restorative yoga poses to induce deep rest, using props to cradle your body in complete comfort. Restorative yoga encourages your muscles to release tension, supports joint health, and soothes the nervous system. As you settle into stillness, your body will gently unwind, fostering a sense of ease and calm. Tea and a snack will be served afterwards. To conclude, you’ll be guided through a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra practice — a meditative journey that invites the mind and body into a state of conscious rest. Known for reducing stress, enhancing emotional resilience, and improving sleep, Yoga Nidra offers a profound opportunity to reset and restore. Allow yourself this time for self-care, relaxation, and renewal. No prior yoga or meditation experience is needed. Just bring an open heart and a willingness to rest.
