Chair Yoga

Gentle, Accessible Yoga for Every Body

Chair Yoga is a calm and supportive practice suitable for all ages and abilities. Using a chair for support, this class helps improve mobility, posture, and flexibility without ever needing to get on the floor. Each movement is optional — students are encouraged to work within their comfort level and skip poses if needed.

​

With Marilyn’s extensive experience and knowledge of anatomy from sports massage, classes are designed to be safe, gentle, and effective. Sequences are repeated monthly, allowing students to revisit movements, build confidence, and progress at their own pace.

The aim is simple: to leave feeling better than when you arrived. Flexibility is not required — just a willingness to show up and enjoy the benefits of movement, breathwork, and mindful practice.
